Unitrends maintains a state-of-the-art Support Centre alongside our Development Centre. Support is provided by our in-house Customer Engineers using the latest call centre technology coupled with case management, quality management, and built-in redundancy.

Unitrends offers two enhanced support options from which to choose. Both plans include software upgrades and patch releases, support access (phone and email), and on-site hardware repair. The plans are differentiated by your access to the Sentral Support Centre and hardware repair response time.
Data Assurance - 8x5 Support Centre availability during normal business hours with next-day on-site hardware repair.
Data Assurance Plus * - 24x7x365 Support Centre availability with same-day on-site hardware repair.
